Terms of Return

All claims for returns must be made within 28 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be first returned in the condition they arrived before any credit is given back to customers. We would appreciate reasons for return. If the item you recieve is faulty we will give you the option for a refund or replacement of the item.

We do not accept returns for any orders that have been tailored to your specifications, i.e, club logo's on the garments, club colours or for orders which we have had to product for you specifically. If these goods are faulty, damaged or not to the specified requirements please contact us immediately for a prompt resolution.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We take payment by cheque and bank transfer. We take full payment for items in stock before dispatch, and 50% upfront for orders which require us to make the goods. The remainder is taken upon your receipt of the goods.

Delivery

All items that we have in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, we usually give a time between 2-5 Business days (UK orders) depending on destination. However Items that are out of stock or tailored orders may take more time, typically 3-5 weeks. For these items we will advise on order.

Delivery costs will be advised on enquires or when orders are placed.

Minimum Order

All trade orders require a minimum order of 20 per item and a time span between 3-5 weeks to complete the order (depending on size of order) as we dont stock these items and will have them made. For any items in stock there is no minimum order requirement.

Canceled or refused orders

Canceled orders where we have the Items in stock are subject to no charges. However we advise to contact us right away to cancel an order to save us from shipping out the Items ordered. We will not cover any postal charges for items returned to us.

If you place an order with us where we have to produce the goods, we will take half of the payment upfront upon the placing of the order as deposit. If the order is cancelled after production has begun the deposit will not be reimbursed. However if the order is cancelled before production has began the deposit will be refunded back.
